2021 Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) SESSIONS
FMLA COMPLIANCE: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
•July 19 •July 22 •August 2 •August 5
Are you frustrated by employees who seem to be gone more than they are at work, but you are unsure of how hard you can press them legally? Do you and your district employees responsible for the hands-on management and administration for absences, disability and FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) really understand the intricacies and requirements of the laws that apply? Would you and they like to have the skills and knowledge needed to keep from misinterpreting or unintentionally not complying with the law?
Arkansas School Boards Association Staff Attorney Kristen Garner will team up with Missy Duke, Attorney with Cross Gunter Witherspoon and Galchus, for an intensive one-day virtual training on FMLA and applicable FFCRA impacts for school district superintendents and other central office staff who handle this issue daily. The live virtual training will be held on four dates during the summer of 2021 via Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
