Knowing how to use social media just for your personal use is challenging enough, but when you are an elected official for your district, how should it change? It can be a great source for listening but care must be taken when board members and other school leaders respond and contribute on social media. This one-hour refresher course, presented by Attorney Cody Kees, will help you with guidelines for best practices and staying within advisable boundaries when using social media.

This virtual session will be presented on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The cost of registration is $40. School board members will receive one hour of CEU credit for this workshop.
